Photography

I have provided photographic services to many of my clients, including brochure photography for BSI, magazine shots for Talking Newspapers, editorial shots for Moneywise Magazine, lifestyle images for Unilever, food photography for a restaurant chain, site pictures for Brighton College, jewellery photography for my wife Caroline and the Sussex Guild – as well as many other clients, agencies and individuals.

Illustration

I illustrate for numerous agency and publishing clients in a wide variety of styles and media, from watercolour to digital, in styles from technical to cartoon – even being asked to mimic the style of Quentin Blake.

Copywriting and editing

I can provide a full copywriting service, or just edit supplied copy to tweak the ‘tone of voice’ or provide suitable headline concepts.

Email marketing

I design, edit, send and track email campaigns using MailChimp or Campaign Monitor, with analysis and reporting if required

Social media marketing

This may be writing blogs, sending Tweets, updating Facebook or Instagram.

Image retouching and restoration

I can digitally restore vintage photographs, ‘repairing’ cuts, scuffs, scratches and tears and strengthening faded images. I also provide a full retouching and montaging of almost any image – eg, product photography, site shots, removing unsightly ‘peripherals’ from the shot, rebalancing colour, improving clarity, adding in elements (often the client’s product or brand) – I have even been asked to retouch out certain people from a very well-known couple’s wedding photographs.

Video production and editing

Although I don’t provide video services myself, I have a very good working association with an experienced video and sound producer.
